• 5★★★★★ - "Sunday, March 16, 2025, we woke up to find that the toilet and bathtub in the first-floor bathroom were full of back-flowed sewer water.
  The situation needed the extraction of the sewer water and de-moisturizing of the bathroom overnight. They left their equipment overnight to do this.
  After the extraction, they pushed their snake from the outlet cap all the way to the street, about 40 feet. Turned out to be some tree roots responsible for the blockage.
  All in all, Team Delta fixed everything in about four hours and came back to pick up their dehumidifying equipment the next day. The photo shows the "after" condition, all neat and clean. The team diligently mopped up any spillage and disinfected with an antibacterial solution.
  Writing this to thank Jonathan Kruizenga for the plumbing cleanup work (snake, etc.) and Daniel Valiente and Andrew C. for the water extraction.

I had never had this happen before so I wasn't exactly sure what to do and I was really happy because my daughter looked up companies that could come out and help. We immediately threw towels on the ground, but no matter how many towels were thrown on the ground. It just wasn't absorbing all of the water that it needed to so we found team Delta restoration and although they were over an hour away they still made a point to come out right away that evening. The foreman Paul and his crew came out and did an outstanding job. He just got to work right away, started laying out the fans and the dehumidifier and explaining the process to me so that I can understand. He advised that I would probably be able to use my homeowners insurance, which was something that I didn't know and it was a blessing because there's no way that I would've been able to take care of this on my own. Not only was Paul completely knowledgeable, but he was such a kind person, so helpful and was so friendly. He and his crew are the kind of people that you would want to make friends as they are so amazing. All my interactions with him has been nothing but A plus. Part of the crew was Michael, David and Daniel and they were all amazing. Any questions that Paul is able to answer he would have to speak with Brett. Everyone was so helpful from this company and I plan to use them to restore my home as well. When Paul came out on day four I believe it was or five to pick all of the equipment up. He checked to make sure that everything had dried up completely and it had. Due to the cuts that he made and all of the things that he did, the job was complete. If you ever need anybody, these are the people to call. I recommend them 1000 percent!"
